Our Fantastic Week Ahead: May 7, 2012

Happy Monday everyone!  We hope that everyone had a great weekend, and that your week is off to a wonderful start.

In case you missed it, last week the finalists for the Locus awards were announced, and The Testament of Jessie Lamb by Jane Rogers has been declared the 2012 winner of the Arthur C. Clarke award.  Congratulations--my "to-be-read" pile has just gotten a lot longer!

We have a lot of exciting things here for you at Fantasy Matters this week, including the next installment of Adam Porter's series on Jonathan Stroud's Bartimaeus trilogy.

We also have Mark Schelske's review of The Other Log of Phileas Fogg, which is released on May 8.  And in case you were wondering what Castle is doing under our "This Week's Picks" section, well, come back and see what I have to say about Joss Whedon, Nathan Fillion, and metafiction!

It's going to be a great week, and we hope that you can come back often and join in the fun!
