Qing Han is a freelance artist and illustrator, but it is her role as an animator that I'm most interested in today.  For her fourth-year animation project, she created a short film called "Night Light"--a film that took her nearly a year to complete.  I love this film.  Not only is it beautifully done, but it speaks to the power of fantasy to bring our ideas to life.
