Fantastically Fun Fridays: May 4, 2012

Happy Friday!  For those of you who are sleepy from attending the midnight showing of The Avengers, we hope you're not struggling too much to stay away this afternoon.  And for those of you who didn't go to the movies last night, here's the trailer:

I haven't seen it yet--I'm hoping to go soon--but if you have, let us know what you think in the comments!

Here are some of the other fun things we found for you this week:

  • A list of 10 real-life werewolves (some of which are quite grisly). (Listverse)
  • The Graveyard Book is going to be a movie!  And Henry Selick, who directed Coraline, is slated to direct this one, too. (Slashfilm)
  • A cake inspired by Erin Morgenstern's fantastic novel The Night Circus. (Cakes that make you go mmm)
  • 2012 Science Fiction Hall of Fame inductees. (Locus)
  • Mark Dormand's fantastic station maps for Perdido Street Station. (sreski)
  • And my personal favorite this week--Firefly done with LEGOs!  This NEEDS to become an actual thing I can buy--and if you vote for it, it might actually get made! (Lego Cuusoo)
Have a fantastic weekend, everyone!
